Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 299der ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 299der website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 299der platform and close your account. Continued use of any 299der service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. 299der reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account and will take effect 7 days after notification unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or urgent platform security considerations.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 299der Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 299der platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You have not previously had a 299der account closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse.
• You are participating voluntarily and are not acting under duress or as a proxy for another individual.
• You are using funds that are legitimately yours and that are free from any third-party claim or encumbrance.

299der operates an 18+ policy without exception. Age and identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC review) is conducted on all accounts before the first withdrawal is processed, and may be requested at any stage of account activity at 299der's discretion. Players are required to submit valid government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

Players accessing 299der from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 299der does not endorse or facilitate access from prohibited jurisdictions and accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.

Account Registration

To access any real-money feature of the 299der platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, live casino participation, sports betting, and slot play — you must hold a fully registered and verified 299der account. Account registration is free of charge and requires no payment to initiate.

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or otherwise — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. This rule applies even where a player has closed a previous account and attempts to open a new one; any new registration must be approved by the 299der compliance team where a prior account history exists.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access or operate your account, or use another person's account. 299der accepts no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable credential security. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 299der support immediately at [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 299der platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for deposits above certain thresholds at 299der's discretion.

299der accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

Deposits are credited to your 299der BDT wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. There are no deposit processing fees charged by 299der; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 299der accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, in accordance with 299der's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 299der finance team and, once approved, are typically processed to bKash and Nagad within 15–60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 BST business days to clear.

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 299der reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

299der offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), validity periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus winnings.

General bonus terms that apply to all 299der promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms include the following:

1. Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
2. Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
3. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
4. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated as a deposit-plus-bonus requirement in the specific offer terms.
5. Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds are wagered first by default unless the player selects otherwise in their account settings.

The 299der welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 299der platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, applicable law, and the rights of other platform users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 299der.
• Attempting to access the platform as a minor or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or any other non-human tool to interact with the platform or gain a systematic advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, pool information unfairly, or coordinate betting to exploit odds or bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any such errors must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited; winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Using funds deposited to 299der that originate from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering. 299der cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transaction activity as required.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 299der staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 299der platform.
• Charging back a deposit through your payment provider after having used those funds for gambling activity; this constitutes fraud and will be pursued accordingly.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 299der platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 299der provides no legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. Account Suspension & Closure

299der reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is registered on a 299der self-exclusion list.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login and no transaction for a continuous period of 12 months).

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 299der support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard withdrawal processing, provided all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Bonus balances not meeting withdrawal conditions at the time of closure are forfeited.

Where an account is closed by 299der for breach of these Terms, any pending bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits may be returned at 299der's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach, and subject to any legal or regulatory hold requirements that may apply.

Players who have requested self-exclusion — whether through 299der's internal self-exclusion tools or through an external responsible gaming mechanism — will have their accounts closed and all marketing communications suspended immediately upon the self-exclusion taking effect. Self-excluded players must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period; any accounts opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

The 299der platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 299der invests significantly in platform stability and targets 99.9% uptime across all game verticals, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance required to protect platform security or integrity may be implemented without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299der's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 299der accepts no liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses of any nature.
• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages that are outside 299der's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand applicable game rules, bonus terms, or these Terms & Conditions.
• Bets voided due to manifest pricing errors or technical glitches in the sportsbook or casino engine.
• Any tax liability arising from a player's gambling winnings in their jurisdiction of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits 299der's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the 299der platform shall be resolved through 299der's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
